We are seeking an assertive, adaptable individual with a proven record of delivering results under pressure, who will thrive as both a team player and as an individual contributor.
Responsibilities
- Regular communication on accounts with past due balances (emails and phone calls)
- Account notes maintained
- Monitor aging report to ensure appropriate action is taken on problem accounts
- Account reconciliations as needed
- Resolve billing disputes
- Identify accounts for further action due to non payment
- Investigation of payment discrepancies
- Ad-hoc reporting or other collection-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Collections experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Effective customer service skills, time management and strong analytical skills.
- Focus on attention to detail.
Additional assets include :
- Experience using SAP
- Previous experience working in a multi-currency environment.
Location : This position is currently remote opportunity open to applicants authorized to work in Canada. Preference will be given to the residents of Ontario. #LI- Remote
Salary Range : $40,000 CAD to $50,000 CAD. Compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for this position only.
Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills as well as the years of experience you have.
