Job Title : Financial Planner Key Responsibilities : Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and concerns.

Conduct regular meetings to assess financial progress, adjust plans, and offer ongoing advice. Provide personalized financial plans to help clients achieve long-term financial security.

Financial Analysis and Planning : Assess clients' current financial situation through analysis of income, assets, liabilities, insurance coverage, and other financial factors.

Develop customized financial strategies, including retirement planning, investment advice, life insurance, and debt management.

Present clear, understandable recommendations to clients regarding financial products and services. Sales and Product Recommendations : Recommend financial products such as term life insurance, mutual funds, annuities, and other investment vehicles that align with clients’ financial goals.

Provide guidance on asset management, tax-efficient investing, and wealth accumulation. Utilize Primerica’s product offerings and financial tools to create comprehensive solutions.

Education and Communication : Educate clients on financial concepts, product options, and market conditions to help them make informed decisions.

Host financial workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations to improve financial literacy within the community. Use Primerica’s educational resources to enhance client understanding of personal finance.

Compliance and Documentation : Ensure all recommendations and strategies are in compliance with industry regulations and Primerica’s guidelines.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including financial plans, transactions, and communications. Team Collaboration : Work with other financial planners and specialists within Primerica to offer a holistic approach to client financial planning.

Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to improve client outcomes and personal success. Required Skills and Qualifications : Financial Knowledge : Strong understanding of financial planning principles, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and insurance products.

Sales Skills : Ability to effectively sell financial products and services while building lasting relationships with clients.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.

Ethical Standards : High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients’ financial matters. Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze clients’ financial situations and create customized strategies to help them achieve their goals.

Self-Motivation : Ability to work independently and take initiative in growing your own business within the Primerica system.

Licensing : May require a mutual funds license, life insurance license, and other state-specific certifications, depending on the specific services you offer.

Experience : Previous experience in sales, financial services, or customer service is often preferred but not always required.
