Our Professional Services team is hiring a Consultant or Senior Consultant to deliver Prophix One implementations from scoping through go-live and hypercare. You will run the project, design and configure the solution, and train the client's finance team. You will work with Controllers day to day, present to CFOs and VPs of Finance at key milestones, and report to the Manager, Services.

The level offered, Consultant or Senior Consultant, will be assigned through the recruitment process.

What You Will Do

· Lead several concurrent Prophix One FP&A and CPM implementations as the client's primary point of contact.

· Run discovery and design workshops, and translate requirements into configurations, models, and reports.

· Manage project plans, scope, and status reporting in Monday.com, and flag risks early.

· Train client teams to run and extend the platform after go-live.

· Build trusted relationships with Controllers, VPs of Finance, and CFOs, and identify opportunities for additional services.

· Work with Solutions Architecture, Solution Engineering, and Support to resolve design and technical issues.

· Keep Prophix, Monday.com, and Odyssey data accurate for forecasting and utilization reporting.

· Use approved AI tools to improve delivery, and verify their output before it reaches a client.

At the Senior Consultant level, you will also:

· Act as primary design authority on standard engagements, and partner with architects on complex ones.

· Own each engagement's quality, timeline, and commercial outcome, and serve as an escalation point.

· Mentor Consultants and support pre-sales scoping, estimation, and demos.

· Lead methodology and AI-workflow improvements across the NA region.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.

· 3+ years of client-facing experience in audit, advisory, consulting, FP&A, implementation, or finance systems. Big 4 and CPM/EPM implementation backgrounds are strong fits.

· Working knowledge of GAAP, FP&A processes, and financial statement preparation.

· Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling.

· Strong communication and presentation skills with senior finance stakeholders.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.

· Curiosity and business acumen: you ask what decision a requirement supports before you build it.

· Responsible use of AI tools, with the judgment to check their output.

· Fluent written and spoken English.

· Based in the Greater Toronto Area, legally entitled to work in Canada, and able to travel internationally with a valid passport.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience implementing Prophix One or a comparable CPM, FP&A, or ERP platform (e.g., Vena, OneStream, Planful, Anaplan, Adaptive, TM1).

· ERP data integration experience with SAP, Unit4, NetSuite, or Dynamics 365.

· CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CIMA designation.

· PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification, or hands-on Monday.com experience.

· Experience scoping expansion services within existing client accounts.

How We Determine Your Level

Every candidate goes through the same recruitment process. We assign the level based on your work experience, interview performance, technical expertise, and autonomy on client engagements.

Consultants typically bring 3+ years of client-facing experience in audit, advisory, consulting, FP&A, or finance systems. They own small-to-medium implementations, with designs reviewed by a Solutions Architect.

Senior Consultants typically bring 5+ years, including end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. They lead medium-to-large implementations with minimal architect oversight, act as primary design authority on standard engagements, and mentor Consultants.

What Success Looks Like

Milestones are staged against a two-month ramp.

Consultant

· 60 days: You know the platform, our methodology, and our tools, have shadowed live projects, and have delivered a client training session.

· 90 days: You lead a workstream on an active implementation, with SA design review and accurate status reporting.

· 6 months: You own a small-to-medium implementation end to end, with architect review at the design checkpoint.

· 12 months: You manage a concurrent portfolio at target utilization and are ready to be assessed for Senior Consultant.

Senior Consultant

· 60 days: You know the platform, our methodology, and our customers, and contribute to live work with SA support.

· 90 days: You lead a workstream or phase, have run a client workshop, and had a design decision accepted by a client lead.

· 6 months: You lead a standard implementation end to end, with SA input only for design reviews, and have tested one delivery improvement.

· 12 months: You are the primary design authority on standard engagements, clients ask for you by name, and you mentor at least one Consultant.

Compensation

Total target compensation (base salary plus variable pay) is $81,000 to $106,000 CAD. Your offer will reflect your assigned level, skills, experience, location, and internal equity.
