We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in Burlington, ON. As a vital member of our Vault team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and secure handling of card shipments. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and store card shipments securely following logistics procedures.
- Perform inventory transactions in the ERP system and maintain accurate records.
- Control access to the vault, ensuring timely and accurate service to other departments.
- Conduct daily inventory management activities and resolve card issuance issues.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Participate in promoting team harmony and achieving high-performance team status.
- Report unsafe acts and participate in HSE and security training.
Requirements
- High school diploma or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong work ethic, responsibility, and confidentiality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
- Time management skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Understanding of workplace safety protocols.
Preferences
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and varying shifts.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
This position is 100% on-site in Burlington, ON, with a work schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 2 PM to 10:30 PM. Reliable transportation is required due to the work schedule. We offer a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team.
