Connect with our hiring team today to learn more about available opportunities with MillerKnoll.Job FunctionsRepair, install and troubleshoot CNC and other numerically controlled industrial machinesAble to evaluate, prepare and execute preventative and predictive maintenance schedulesTroubleshooting / repairing / installing of wood processing equipment with a working knowledge of electrical to allow efficient repair / replacement resultsPlan, organize & perform assigned tasks in sequence with minimum supervision & directionAssist the production lines with changeovers and set upsMust own a full complement of proper tools to perform tasksMust be able to read and interpret drawings, sketches, OEM manuals and related technical dataAssess parts needed to repair equipment, create purchase requestsAbility to work in a team environmentAble to take the initiative to solve problems, where appropriateMust be willing to cross-train in various areas of the department as requiredFollow all Knoll safety policies and proceduresMaintain a clean and safe working environmentParticipate and maintain 5S in the workplaceMaintain and follow the ISO standard operating proceduresAbility to work in a multi-shift environment including flexible hours and weekendsParticipate in and contribute to the continuous improvement processEducation RequirementLicensed Millwright A Red seal certified to work in Ontario as an industrial millwrightKnowledge of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Pipefitting and WeldingIntermediate to advanced CNC and servo systems knowledgeHigh School diploma or equivalentMust be able to communicate in English (both oral and written)Experience requirementMinimum five years of related experienceMachine shop experienceWorking knowledge of a Computerized Maintenance Management System Who We Hire?
