Base pay range
90,000.00 / yr - $105,000.00 / yr

What part will you play?
A Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiating through Closing phases for media and entertainment organizations, as well as corporate entities. The PM depends on the help of other people to perform most of the actual activities of the project. The role is primarily focused on written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders.
The SPM oversees and performs project management functions on all projects, budgets, and scopes. They act as the responsible person on their assigned projects and have direct control over all project activities. The Senior Project Manager may also mentor other Project Managers within the company. This position is generally assigned to large, complex, and sensitive projects, providing direction to a wide range of internal and external personnel.
What will you be doing?
Daily activities include project communications, scheduling, managing task lists for technicians, overseeing deliverables from engineering, CAD, and Programming, and supervising project completion. The PM is responsible for completing systems integration projects on time, within budget, and achieving high customer satisfaction. The majority of time will be spent managing projects and communicating with all stakeholders, following and helping improve established processes. As the primary interface to the client, the project manager develops a strong long-term relationship, managing expectations, communications, and satisfaction.

Every project is different, with varying stakeholders. The SPM must negotiate complex variables including system design, site conditions, and stakeholder expectations, requiring high awareness, emotional intelligence, and people management skills. Balancing schedules, budgets, scope, quality, and client satisfaction involves managing complex variables.

Physical Demands
May be exposed to construction site conditions. Responsible for safety and compliance with safety regulations. Use of PPE is usually required. May spend at least 40% of time on their feet, climbing ladders, and lifting materials up to 20 pounds. Regularly uses keyboards, test equipment, and controls. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision. When not on-site, typical office conditions apply.
Travel
Travel by car and occasional flights are required. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Travel to job sites accounts for 20-40%, with remaining time in an office or remote setting.
