JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In collaboration with the Inbound Team, participate in the development of warehouse strategies, process improvement, financial tracking, and standardized business processes across Canada
- Act as a resource person key financial and inventory management process in accordance with business rules and established good practices
- Understand and improve operations through the identification of key standardized processes in the daily execution of all materials warehouses across Canada
- Work closely to build a team that follow a structured process by implementing monitoring and analysis tools to ensure the optimal execution of operations
- Provide leadership and motivation to each region in a positive and collaborative atmosphere that supports our strategy : People, Process Technology.
- Inspire, develop, and engaged a capable team while developing and building tangible development plans and succession planning
- Actively participate in the creation and delivery of critical investment projects and prioritize efforts in the budgeting and planning exercises to maximize value and key implementations
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Education : University degree, Business (or related field) and Industry related discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in supply chain planning, as well as analytical reporting
- Ability to work cross functionally
- A proven track record of achievement, solid technical skills, and a reputation as a leader of change
- Technical Competencies : Excellent computer, analytical, and problem-solving skills
