Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Strategic Program Lead to join our team on behalf of our premier financial services client in Toronto, ON. In this high-impact, 12-month contract role (hybrid model with 3 days on-site per week and potential for extension or permanent conversion), you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-profile global initiatives across corporate social responsibility, brand alignment, colleague engagement, and customer trust.
Working within a fast-paced, collaborative team, you will establish operational frameworks, manage cross-functional governance, and align multi-regional stakeholders to drive meaningful, measurable business and social impact.

Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end strategy, planning, and delivery of complex global initiatives spanning corporate social responsibility, brand, employee engagement, and trust programs.
Develop robust project plans, governance models, risk mitigation strategies, budget tracking, and KPI frameworks to evaluate program success.
Lead cross-functional working sessions and alignment forums across global business units, marketing, communications, human resources, and corporate affairs teams.
Manage multi-region stakeholder relationships and coordinate external community partners, non-profit organizations, and strategic vendors.
Drive continuous operational improvements, program optimizations, and process efficiencies across corporate social impact workflows.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Affairs, Social Impact, or a related field.
Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience managing large-scale, complex programs or enterprise-wide projects within global matrix environments.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional track record of building cross-functional alignment, negotiating priorities, and driving decisions across diverse teams without direct authority.
Execution & Governance: Strong capability in establishing governance, managing risk, controlling budgets, and implementing performance metrics.
Industry & Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Prior experience within corporate social responsibility (CSR), brand marketing, colleague engagement, or corporate affairs—ideally within the banking, insurance, or financial services sector.
Communication: Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills suited for senior executives and global teams.
