Job Description
- Grow healthcare referral relationships with hospitals and community partners, such as social workers, discharge planners, case managers, community programs.
- Expand relationships with retirement home partners to strengthen collaboration, increase engagement, and ensure families have strong options.
- Run outreach that drives trust and visibility through meetings, presentations, lunch-and-learns.
- Accelerate new-advisor onboarding by implementing structured routines, delivering targeted coaching, removing roadblocks, and shortening the path to full autonomy.
- Coach and mentor existing advisors to support business development planning, reinforce standards and best practices, and help improve consistency in their sales cycle.
- Track partner activity and outcomes, such as meetings, referrals, advisor milestones to make continuous improvements to outreach efforts.
- Ensures that all direct reports are educated on and compliant with Information Security Management System policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven partnership or business development experience in a referral-driven environment (healthcare and senior living are strong assets).
- Strong follow-through, confident communication, and comfort presenting in professional settings.
- Coaching mindset: you can guide and influence without direct authority.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency using CRMs and other technology tools (i.e., office 365 suite, Salesforce)
- G2/G license with access to a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally
- Compensation is based on experience (Salary Range: $70,000 – $72,500)
- Eligibility for a performance bonus
