A manufacturing company in the Hamilton Region has an opportunity for you to advance your career as a Logistics Manager. Earning between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, this full-time role offers 100% company-paid health benefits starting on your first day alongside 3 weeks of vacation. You will lead internal fleet operations, supervise yard staff, maintain rigorous inventory procedures, and oversee daily shipping activities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily scheduling and dispatch for internal truck drivers and material handlers
- Enforce strict adherence to SOPs, internal inventory controls, and operational KPIs
- Manage internal fleet assets
- Utilize an ERP system to coordinate shipping timelines, load sequencing, and transportation records
- Maintain effective communication with clients regarding delivery expectations while ensuring rigorous documentation
Qualifications
- Proven background in logistics supervision, inventory management, and fleet coordination
- Hands-on proficiency using an ERP system
- Comprehensive knowledge of transportation regulations, including Hours-of-Service standards
- Demonstrated strength in clear communication, procedure enforcement, and team accountability
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience in large product shipment
- Experience working in a production facility
