We’ve opened a role in any of our offices for a talented, entrepreneurial Scheduling and Project Controls Specialist to work alongside exceptional people in JLR’s Project Delivery group.

Your Role as Scheduling and Project Controls Specialist:

Choose your own adventure! Let’s talk about how your skills, experience, goals, and passions can find a home at JLR. As the Scheduling and Project Controls Specialist, your role will include:

  • Developing and maintaining project schedules for a wide variety of architectural, engineering, and construction projects while tracking milestones, progress, and critical path activities.
  • Providing project controls support through resource planning, workload forecasting, schedule performance monitoring, dashboard development, executive reporting, and project health reviews.
  • Supporting project teams during construction by reviewing contractor schedules, evaluating schedule impacts and delay claims, participating in progress meetings, and providing schedule-related recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Driving continuous improvement by developing project controls standards, templates, and best practices, while coaching project teams on schedule development, analysis, and effective project delivery practices.
