We are in search of a high-energy and skilled IT Support Specialist to join the IT team of a well-established family-owned manufacturing group.

The new team member will be trusted to manage IT functions, contributing to a motivated and loyal workforce.
Reports to : Information Technology Manager
Scope of Position :
Provide daily technical support and assistance for our computer systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Offer on-site, email, and telephone support for end-users.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Provide functional support for enterprise applications.
- Manage user accounts in Active Directory and various company websites and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve network, connectivity, and VPN issues.
- Administer security measures, antivirus software, VPN, applications, and network support.
- Perform system updates and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain photocopier and printer hardware and related services.
- Install operating systems, patches, updates, and applications.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support personnel.
Requirements
Required Skills :
- Diploma or degree in a computer-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with desktop computer applications, operating systems, hardware, and networking devices.
- Experience working in a Microsoft-based PC / server environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (Office, Outlook, Exchange, AD).
- Solid technical support experience with Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 setup and configuration.
- Experience with printer and peripheral installation and driver setup.
- Comprehensive understanding of networking (WAN, VPN, LAN), routing protocols (DNS, TCP / IP), and protocols (HTTP, HTTPS).
- Basic computer programming skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
