Responsibilities
Machine Operation: Safely set up and run machine to meet production goals.
Blueprint Reading: Read digital blueprints and specs directly through modern manufacturing software.
Production Control: Program machine sequences, manage material feeds, and keep part production moving efficiently.
Maintenance & Safety: Perform quick daily equipment checks, simple upkeep, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications
1+ years of experience running production machinery or CNC/brake presses
Blueprint reading skills to easily interpret basic technical drawings and specs
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and standard production tools
Safety-first mindset with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced plant environments
