Fully Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Are you fluent in English and French, passionate about helping others, and looking to launch a long-term career in the insurance industry? We are seeking dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a 100% Remote position with an upcoming October Start Date!
Advantages
- $46,600 Annual Salary
- Full time, Permanent position
- New Brunswick only - REMOTE
- Paid 4-6 weeks of training, followed by 2-3 weeks of mentorship
- 3 weeks of Paid Vacation & 3 Paid Personal days
- Monday - Friday scheduling - Weekends off !

Responsibilities
-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion.
Qualifications
- Strong English and French communication skills ( Mandatory)
- Must be able to pass The Federal Government's Enhanced Security Screening
- Must have Strong Computer skills, using multiple screens and systems at the same time. ( Multitasking )
- Strong Problem Solving skills
- Customer Service experience or Call Center Experience Required
- Able to work under pressure
- High School Diploma Required
