The organization is currently experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Vice President of Operations to support its next stage of expansion. This executive role is pivotal in translating the company's strategic goals into a more mature operating model, with a focus on developing processes, leadership practices, and organizational structures to support multi-site operations and cross-border delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating engineering, project management, procurement, supply chain, and production into a cohesive business function, with an emphasis on operational discipline, client commitment, and reducing reliance on heroic efforts. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Operations role at the company will be a broad enterprise leader with a background in complex Engineer-to-Order environments.
