Job description

Company Overview

Agility PR Solutions provides today’s communicators with an AI-native environment for media outreach, monitoring, and intelligence. While others are retrofitting legacy systems with AI as an afterthought, we have built intelligence into the very core of our DNA. Our platform is designed to help PR teams discover insights faster, forge deeper media connections, and amplify stories with precision.

Since 2003, Agility has been dedicated to building the industry's most sophisticated engine of insight, empowering communicators with the clarity and confidence to shape the future of their organizations. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the PR tech space, we are consistently recognized on G2 for our ease of use, rapid implementation, and elite customer service.

We are a remote-first global team spanning Canada, the US, the UK, the Philippines, and India. At Agility, we are intentional about helping our people realize their full potential through continuous learning, competitive benefits, and an empowering culture that values innovation at every level.

Our Approach to People & Culture

At Agility PR Solutions, we’re transforming how communications and intelligence come together. Our success is driven by talented people, and we’re looking for a recruiter who’s excited to grow their craft while helping us attract great talent in thoughtful, modern ways.

This role is designed for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and is curious about how AI can support better hiring, not by replacing the human side of the process, but by enhancing it. You’re interested in how new tools and technology can help create a smoother, faster, and more personal candidate experience, without losing the human connection that matters in every hire.

How You'll Make an Impact

We’re seeking a Talent & Culture Specialist to play a hands-on role within our growing People & Culture function. In this role, you’ll handle full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to clarify needs, move searches forward, and guide candidates through the hiring journey from first conversation through onboarding.

You’ll be expected to maintain strong follow-through and momentum across recruitment efforts, taking initiative to keep searches moving and continuously improve how we hire. As you work across teams, you’ll build strong working relationships with hiring managers and develop your ability to influence, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.

You’re particularly energized by the opportunity to explore how traditional recruiting practices can be improved through the practical use of AI-powered tools and data. You’re comfortable trying new approaches, learning quickly from what works (and what doesn’t), and proactively identifying ways to improve sourcing, screening, feedback timelines, and candidate communication. You don’t need to be an AI expert but you are someone who takes ownership of learning and looks for better ways of doing things.

Beyond recruitment, this role offers exposure to broader HR and People & Culture initiatives. You’ll contribute to projects that strengthen our culture, improve the employee experience, and support engagement across the company. Throughout your work, you’ll use insights and data to inform decisions, while keeping the human experience at the centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves the full talent journey, from identifying and engaging great people to supporting their success once they join, and who’s ready to step into a role with real responsibility, autonomy, and room to grow, while working closely with an experienced HR team.

What You'll Get to Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada, the US, and the UK, supporting the process from sourcing through to onboarding while delivering a consistent, values-aligned candidate experience. Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, coordinate interviews, and support fair, well-informed hiring decisions using structured processes and data where appropriate. Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, representing Agility’s culture and ensuring every interaction reflects our values of collaboration, integrity, and curiosity. Use existing and help explore new AI-enabled tools and recruitment analytics to support sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement, translating insights into practical improvements in how we hire. Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through networking, social media, and proactive outreach, positioning Agility PR Solutions as an inclusive employer of choice. Support job posting development, onboarding coordination, and market research related to compensation and role design, ensuring alignment with internal practices and company culture. Partner with HR colleagues on initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and retention, contributing to a connected and thriving workplace culture. Provide support on generalist HR activities such as onboarding administration, policy updates, employee communications, and engagement initiatives. Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), support reporting needs, and identify opportunities where automation or process improvements could add value. Represent Agility PR Solutions at employment events and within professional communities to strengthen brand awareness and foster new talent relationships. Contribute ideas and support to broader People & Culture projects, with a focus on continuous improvement, learning, and practical impact. Other duties as required.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. CHRP or CHRL designation (completed or in progress) is an asset. 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within high-volume or technology-focused environments. Strong interest in the broader recruitment function and a continuous drive to improve, innovate, and apply best practices. Experience sourcing candidates through a mix of outreach methods, including , referrals, networking, and proactive relationship building. Demonstrated interviewing skills using structured, situational, and behavioural interview techniques. Working knowledge of employment legislation and compliance standards, including ESA, OHRC, AODA, and PIPEDA. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Rippling, with attention to data accuracy and reporting. Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with candidates, peers, and senior leaders. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Interest in contributing to HR and culture initiatives beyond recruitment, such as onboarding, engagement, and employee development.

AI Usage

We use technology to make hiring smarter, faster, and more personal, never less human. Artificial intelligence (AI) tools help us manage applications efficiently and highlight qualifications that align with each role, allowing our recruiters to focus more on meaningful conversations with candidates.

AI does not make hiring decisions at Agility. Every decision is made by people, our hiring managers and recruitment professionals, who are trained to apply sound judgment and equitable practices at every stage.

We believe technology exists to amplify human insight, not replace it. That belief shapes how we build relationships, tell stories, and grow our teams.

At Agility, we strive every day to build a more inclusive work environment and introduce tools that enable it. We strongly encourage applications from all people regardless of race, religion, gender, age, disability status or sexual orientation.

Even if you find yourself not checking all the boxes of our listed requirements but you are excited about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you anyway. Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application for this role, and other potential role matches open now or in the future.

If, at any stage of the application process, you require accommodation owing to disability or a medical need, please let us know at careers@agilitypr.com for us to make appropriate arrangements.

Thank you for your time in reviewing this opportunity, and we hope to hear from you should you find this the right fit!
