Familiarity with Canadian federal government communications and public affairs processes and protocols will support success in this role.

We're looking for talented professionals to join PCL's award-winning Marketing & Communications team where your ideas drive real business results. Recognized by SMPS as the 2026 Marketing Innovation Firm of the Year, PCL is where your creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking will drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and help win some of North America's most complex and transformative projects.

The position is based in Ottawa, Ontario, supporting the marketing and communications initiatives of PCL's Defence Construction Group across Canada.
