Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Control Officer to support project and program delivery through planning, coordination,reporting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement activities. Thesuccessful candidate will work closely with Managers, Project Managers, andproject teams to ensure effective project execution, governance, documentation,and reporting.

This role requires strong project coordination expertise,experience supporting multiple project initiatives, and the ability to maintainproject controls, dashboards, schedules, and documentation repositories in astructured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provideassistance to Managers, Project Managers, and project teams incoordinating, planning, communicating, and executing project deliverables.
• Manageproject work plans, tracking activities, analytics, and reporting forproject execution.
• Createand maintain management dashboards and executive-level summaries.
• Supportworkflow management, including ticket tracking and risk/issue managementprocesses.
• Collaboratewith multiple stakeholder groups to gather project updates and maintainproject budgets, progress reports, action items, and risk logs.
• Workclosely with Project Managers to provide status updates, elevate issues,identify risks, and coordinate project documentation.
• Developproject status reports and maintain reporting and status tracking logs.
• Scheduleand facilitate project meetings.
• Monitorproject document repositories and ensure documentation is reviewed,maintained, and current.
• Supportproject activities using established project methodologies, includingWaterfall and Agile approaches throughout the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC).

Required Qualifications

Core Experience

• 7-10years of experience coordinating projects.
• Experiencecollaborating with various groups to gather updates and maintain projectbudgeting, progress reporting, action items, and risk management updates.
• Experiencesupporting Managers and Project Managers with project coordination, issueescalation, risk identification, and document management.
• Demonstratedexperience supporting multiple Project Managers and critical projectsinvolving mainframe or legacy systems.
• Experiencedeveloping project status reports and maintaining reporting logs.
• Experiencescheduling and facilitating meetings.
• Experiencemonitoring and maintaining project document repositories.

Project Management Skills

• Demonstratedexperience using project management tools such as MS Project, Planview, orsimilar platforms.
• Strongunderstanding of project management principles, including:
• Projectplanning
• Scopemanagement
• Riskmanagement
• Costmanagement
• Stakeholderand participant roles
