This executive role is pivotal in establishing and shaping the people strategy, programs, and organizational frameworks necessary to support the company's national housing mandate. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of HR, including workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, and change initiatives. They will also provide leadership in total rewards, labor relations, and ensure that HR practices comply with all relevant legislation and corporate requirements. Applicants for the Bilingual Vice President, Human Resources position at the company should have a post-secondary degree in a related discipline, with a professional HR designation being an asset. A minimum of 10-15 years' experience in senior HR leadership roles is required, with a proven track record in complex organizational settings.
