Vice President of Product About the Company Established North American consumer technology organization investing in digital growth. Industry Internet Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a VP of Product to join its team. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in the company's digital growth, with a focus on leading product management, design, and analytics to shape the future of its customer-facing digital platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the product vision, building scalable processes, and mentoring product teams to create exceptional customer experiences. A key aspect of the role is the ability to influence executive leadership, align cross-functional organizations, and drive data-informed decision-making. Applicants for the VP of Product position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management and leadership, with a proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing digital products. Strong skills in product strategy, roadmap ownership, and prioritization are essential, as is the ability to partner closely with engineering, design, UX research, and analytics. The role requires a leader with a strong background in customer discovery, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making, as well as experience in modern product operating models and improving product execution. Desired skills include experience in integrated product, design, and analytics organizations, and a strong understanding of customer engagement, personalization, and AI in product development.
