Bring your curiosity to work as our next Warehouse Supervisor. You will be part of our Supply Chain team reporting to Head of Supply Chain. In this role, your mission is to oversee daily warehouse and shopfloor material flow operations and warehouse team, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, staging, and delivery of materials to support production and assembly activities. You will contribute directly to how we create high-quality products and solutions for customers.

This position is a newly created role within CPC Pumps International Inc.

Your job responsbilities are as following:

Lead Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, kitting, material movements, and shipping activities to ensure smooth support of production and customer requirements.
Manage Inventory Accuracy: Ensure accurate ERP transactions, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and material traceability to maintain operational and financial integrity.
Supervise and Develop the Team: Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Drive Warehouse Efficiency: Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage strategies to improve productivity, reduce handling time, and support manufacturing operations.
Champion Safety and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Planning teams while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Your skills and experience

  • 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an asset
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment (e.g., pumps, rotating equipment, machining, or fabrication); Forklift certification is an asset
  • Familiarity with material flow to production and work order processes
  • Understanding of handling large or complex components safely
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
