This pivotal role is focused on advancing the organization's strategy by fostering a more proactive, data-informed, and results-oriented approach to philanthropic investment and sector leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Foundation's granting, stakeholder engagement, and community intelligence functions, with a strong emphasis on understanding and addressing the interconnected social issues in the region. This includes interpreting data, evaluating local needs, and translating research and stakeholder insights into practical priorities and action plans. The role also involves overseeing the development of a robust intelligence and reporting framework, as well as strengthening the Foundation's capacity to convene and collaborate with various partners. Applicants for the Vice President of Community Impact position at the company should have a background in public policy, social sciences, public administration, community development, business, or a related field. The ideal candidate will be relationship-oriented, strategic, analytical, and highly collaborative, with a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships across diverse groups. Experience in philanthropy, particularly in the areas of granting and community initiatives, is essential. The role requires a leader who can connect high-level priorities with practical execution, and who is adept at balancing relationship-building with analytical decision-making.
