As the Aircraft Maintenance Program & Reliability Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the continued airworthiness, reliability, and operational readiness of Canada's CC295 Kingfisher fleet. Working within the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) organization, you will evaluate maintenance program changes arising from technical directives and fleet experience, analyze reliability data to support aircraft availability, coordinate with the contracted MRO, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize fleet sustainment and performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical documentation and support updates to the Operator Maintenance Program.
- Maintain the Operator Maintenance Program in accordance with approved directives.
- Coordinate resolution of customer-reported maintenance program issues.
- Monitor contracted MRO activities and support resolution of schedule, or execution issues.
- Communicate MRO status activities, risks, priorities, and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze fleet reliability and maintenance data.
- Assist in identifying trends affecting aircraft availability and fleet performance.
- Review repair data and recommend sparing adjustments.
- Generate weekly aircraft availability reports.
- Support continuing airworthiness activities through maintenance program updates and reliability monitoring.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following experience:
- College diploma or undergraduate degree in aviation, aerospace, engineering, logistics, business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in aviation, aerospace, defence, maintenance planning, reliability, fleet support, technical services, or operational support environments.
- Experience or exposure to maintenance programs, reliability analysis, continuing airworthiness, fleet sustainment, or maintenance planning activities.
- Experience supporting maintenance, production, operational, logistics, or technical teams.
- Experience in airline, military aviation, aerospace, defence, or MRO environments.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and support organizations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada security clearance.
- Equivalent combinations of education, military service, aviation experience, or technical support experience will be considered.
Candidates with experience in aircraft maintenance programs, continuing airworthiness, reliability analysis, technical services, fleet sustainment, military aviation, airline operations, or MRO environments are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications (Assets):
- Experience with aircraft maintenance programs, reliability programs, or maintenance planning.
- Experience in continuing airworthiness, fleet sustainment, technical services, or fleet management.
- Experience with reliability reporting, technical services, or maintenance planning systems.
- Familiarity with DND, CAF, or defence aerospace programs.
- Experience supporting ILS or In-Service Support (ISS) programs.
- Knowledge of aircraft maintenance concepts and fleet performance metrics.
- Experience working with technical publications and maintenance documentation.
- Experience with the Airbus C295 / CC295 Kingfisher aircraft.
