Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Procurement Advisor to support procurement advisory services and procurement optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Federal Government of Canada or Crown Corporation procurement, with expertise in public sector procurement policies, sourcing, contracting, and vendor management.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide procurement advisory services and support procurement optimization initiatives.
Develop and implement procurement strategies, processes, and best practices.
Support procurement planning, sourcing, evaluations, contracting, and vendor management.
Ensure compliance with public sector procurement policies, regulations, and governance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Prepare procurement documentation, reports, and recommendations for management.
8+ years of procurement experience.
Experience supporting procurement initiatives within the Federal Government of Canada or Crown Corporations.
Strong knowledge of public sector procurement policies, contracting, and governance practices.
Experience with procurement planning, sourcing, vendor management, and contract administration.
Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal) is mandatory.
