Job Description
A talented and experienced Learning Experience Developer who is fluent in both English and French. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for corporate learning and development and possesses a strong background in creating engaging, effective, and visually appealing training solutions.
What will you do?
Design and develop learner-centric training programs, content, and media assets that effectively meet educational needs.
Manage the entire lifecycle of curriculum development from concept through delivery, including assessment and iteration.
Demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
Develop comprehensive documents and presentation materials.
Utilize tools to create motion graphics and captivating visuals that enhance learning experiences.
Produce professional documentation and presentation materials.
Design and develop media content, including images, audio, and video; create animations and utilize courseware authoring.
Work effectively in both team settings and independently, adhering to deadlines and contributing to collaborative success.
Operate and leverage LMS to manage curricula, learning objects and streamline / enhance processes.
What do you need to succeed?
Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required as the incumbent will be responsible for creating and delivering training to employees and / or English and French-speaking clients across Canada and worldwide.
3-5 years of experience in eLearning development, corporate training, or a related academic role.
Demonstrate strong technical ability to enhance educational content with interactive elements and sophisticated design techniques.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for motion graphics, visual content creation and desktop publishing.
Experience with Articulate Studio, Vyond, and AI-assisted tools.
Experience with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and LMS.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to produce well-designed educational materials.
Proven track record of effective project management and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience in designing and delivering content that is accessible and inclusive.
Certifications in instructional design, graphic design, or project management.
Knowledge of finance is an asset.
