ROBINSON Showroom Consultants bring world-class sales and service expertise to every interaction. The Showroom Consultants work as a team to deliver solutions for lighting, kitchen & bath to our customers.

We’re looking for people with outstanding customer service, and a keen desire to learn. This role does not require previous direct experience in lighting / bath, but it does require a passion for design and a great attitude.

What you will do :

• ROBINSON has curated a wide range of designer lighting, kitchen & bath brands. You will use a consultative approach to provide world-class service in every stage of the process and deliver on sales targets
• You will help identify the needs of wholesale accounts & retail customers and provide solutions to help realize every customer’s unique dream for their home
• Contributing to the success of the Showroom by growing relationships with retail customers, wholesale account clients, and the ROBINSON team
• Be an expert on ROBINSON product lines and stay on top of design & industry trends
• Help ensure the Showroom environment feels fresh, welcoming, and inspiring

About You :

• You connect with the ROBINSON brand, aesthetics & values
• Collaboration is at the core of success! You understand how important it is to work together to deliver excellent service & an outstanding sales experience
• You have a passion for interior design and are confident when advising on product selection
• You can learn and navigate through various computer systems and applications

Your salary will be supplemented with monthly bonus opportunities, monthly commission payments, wellness days, RRSP program and a generous benefits package.
