What You'll Do

As a Purchasing Agent, you will :

• Manage Supplier Relationships : Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to secure favorable terms, monitor performance, and address quality or delivery concerns.
• Optimize Procurement Processes : Prepare RFQs, process purchase orders, and maintain accurate data in our ERP system.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with the Production, Quality, and Operational teams to align procurement activities with manufacturing needs and ensure seamless operations.
• Drive Cost Efficiencies : Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high standards for quality and delivery timelines.
• Ensure Inventory Accuracy : Oversee inventory levels, analyze discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal stock.
• Champion Continuous Improvement : Lead projects that enhance procurement processes, improve supplier performance, and streamline inventory management.
