Regional Marketing & Communications Manager – Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned to firm objectives and within budget.
- Lead various marketing initiatives across the region, including email marketing, event marketing, content marketing, and sponsorship marketing.
- Lead special projects in Southern Ontario as needed.
- Collaborate on the planning, preparation, and execution of multiple in‑person events, ensuring seamless coordination and brand alignment.
- Review analytics from campaigns and other assets and provide suggestions for increasing efficiencies, improving engagement, and expanding market reach.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and make strategic recommendations that align with firm and client objectives.
- Build trust and rapport with the greater marketing team to identify opportunities for brand awareness, workflow improvement, and greater regional marketing effectiveness.
- Understand the sales cycle in professional services and develop marketing tactics that drive positive purchase decisions.
- Maintain cumulative project reporting, digital analytics, and budget updates for leadership reviews and future planning.
- Act as a consultant to internal clients, providing value throughout the marketing process and educating them on marketing requirements and high‑demand periods.
- Advocate for marketing, ensuring the firm’s culture and brand voice are reflected in all external communications.
- Participate in working groups to deliver national and regional campaigns.
- Champion the use of CRM, CMS, PMS, and other marketing enablement tools to manage campaigns and track ROI.
- Represent the firm as a brand ambassador, collaborating with national and regional teams to ensure integrity and consistency across all marketing activities.
- Stay knowledgeable of firm marketing strategy and leverage it in projects and campaigns.
- Bring forward creative ideas that elevate our campaigns and engage the brand.
- Perform other duties as required under the guidance of the Regional Senior Marketing Managers.
- Travel when appropriate.

Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing communications and people management within a B2B environment, preferably professional services.
- Strong business acumen with proven experience connecting marketing initiatives to business objectives.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multi‑task and deliver in a fast‑moving, deadline‑oriented environment.
- Resourceful and critical thinker who consistently delivers creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with tact and discretion.
- Results‑driven, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM and marketing enablement tools.
- Intellectual curiosity, strong desire to improve processes, and comfort with technology.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for occasional travel (asset).
