HealthOPM is recruiting a Psychiatrist for a senior clinical leadership role at a growing addiction, detoxification, and rehabilitation treatment center in the UAE. This is a rare opportunity to shape a new psychiatric service from the ground up, with full relocation and licensing support and a tax-free salary — keep everything you earn.
You'll lead clinical governance, oversee complex detox and dual-diagnosis case management, and guide workforce development for the new service — working closely with executive leadership to build safe, evidence-based treatment pathways aligned with international best practice.

What you'll need
Fluent Arabic speaker (required)
Medical degree (MD/DO) + board certification in Psychiatry or Addiction Medicine
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience
Experience in healthcare service development, team leadership, and regulated environments
Eligible for professional licensure/registration in your current country of practice
Start-up, greenfield, or service transformation experience an asset
Comfortable relocating internationally
