Job Description
Assessment, treatment and consultation services for dysphagia and communication disorders to a mixed adult population which includes neurology, medical, surgical, ICU and geriatric clients on our multiple acute medical units, complex care and rehabilitation units.
Coverage includes video fluoroscopy.
Qualifications
Halton Healthcare is seeking individuals who are competent in their chosen profession; patient / customer focused; team players;

- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology and registered with the college of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists of Ontario.
- Swallowing assessment skills including video fluoroscopic studies are essential.
- Excellent Organization, Time Management and Communication Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible to meet the changing demands of a mixed caseload and the two sites.
- 1-2 years experience in assessment & treatment of dysphagia
- Satisfactory employment and attendance record

Site : Oakville and Georgetown as needed
Hours : Monday to Sunday - Primarily Days; 8 : 00-16 : 00 (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs)
