  • Act as backup support for other HSE staff and attend meetings to provide HSE guidance

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven working experience in the HSE field within the construction environment, union and non-union.
  • Post-secondary in Health & Safety/Environment or equivalent. CRSP designation (or in progress) is an asset.
  • Detailed working knowledge of provincial Occupational Health & Safety Acts and Regulations, WSIB legislation, fire and electrical codes.
  • Previous experience with HSE systems that meet COR, and familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 1400 and applicable HSE standards.
  • Superior computer skills – Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint, Outlook and Access.

The salary range is $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as alignment with market data.
