We provide a workplace where professionalism is recognized, growth is encouraged, and every employee contributes to raising industry standards in residential concierge and security services.To support our commitment to delivering best-in-class residential service, we are seeking a professional and experienced Concierge Guard to join our team.Responsibilities:Controlling all vehicles and pedestrian traffic entering the propertyGreet direct, sign in guest(s) and answer pertinent questionsMonitor security camerasIssue and receipt of keys to trades, building staff and contractorsOperate security equipment/systems, computers, radios and phonesEnsure that the Condominium Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed in response to Fire Alarms and other Site EmergenciesCreate assigned reportsProgram and manage access control systems for the entire complexMonitor, Train, and evaluate a team of 4-6 staff membersLiaise with property management, board members and Elite management regarding pertinent security mattersBe the first and main point of contact in case of emergencies or any site related issuesCreate and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary, fill in shifts.Requirements:1+ years of experience as a Residential ConciergeValid Ontario Security LicenseValid First Aid and CPR Certification.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.Strong observational, reporting, and documentation abilities.Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement in a fast-paced environment.Strong situational awareness and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with computers, security software, access control systems, and Microsoft Office applications.Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple work locations as assigned.Professional, dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented attitude.Valid Ontario Security Guard LicenseClean Driving AbstractG Drivers LicenseDuties & Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for all after hours emergencies and inquiresVisit sites to coach , train and evaluate employees according to company standardsRespond to major incidents and aid security staff with managing the situationEnforce property rules in order to maintain the security and safety of our clients and their assetsIssue parking violationsCreate and adjust staff schedules, ensure that contractually obligated services are met and provided and when necessary fill in shiftspensation· The expected compensation for this role is $19.50 - $20.00 per hour.Schedule1.
