This is not a traditional creative role focused purely on execution. Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Experience developing and scaling high-performing creative across digital channels
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Experience leading or collaborating closely with creative production teams
- Proven track record of testing, iterating, and scaling successful creative campaigns
- Ability to translate data and insights into compelling creative strategies
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present results and insights
- Deep understanding of customer motivation, personas, and conversion drivers
Desired Skills & Experience - Experience building landing pages, email campaigns, or conversion funnels
- Familiarity with creative and workflow tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, or similar platforms)
- Background in direct-to-consumer (DTC) or high-growth digital businesses
- Proven ability to drive conversion growth within CAC targets
- Experience conducting market, competitor, and customer research
- Strong balance of creative thinking and analytical rigor
