Job description
Seeking a contract-to-hire Head of Digital Technology Vendor Management Office (VMO). You will shape our tech ecosystem by building strategic relationships with large-scale IT vendors (e.g., SAP, Microsoft, Google, Salesforce). You will drive vendor selection, performance frameworks, and risk management to align with organizational goals, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership during a major digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities
Cultivate trust-based relationships with enterprise IT vendors on operational matters.
Establish robust performance frameworks, KPIs, and structured review cadences.
Identify and mitigate vendor risks spanning security, compliance, and SLAs.
Deliver market insights to optimize renewals.

Qualifications
10+ years of progressive IT vendor management or VMO leadership experience.
Deep knowledge of software, cloud, and managed services markets.
Expertise in contract law, third-party risk, and data analytics.
Bachelor’s degree required; related certifications (ITIL, PMP) a plus.
