Inventory Handling: Physically navigate the warehouse floor to pick small parts and package boxed shipments for couriers (UPS/Purolator); strictly manage the backend documentation for large warranty returns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal engineering, financing, and assembly supervisors to answer detailed part inquiries and handle customer billings.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of success in parts sales, technical sales, or customer service representatives.

Technical Aptitude: Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning complex product specifications, ideally possessing basic familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, or electrical fittings.

Software Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Prior experience with manufacturing ERP systems is preferred, though full on-the-job training is provided.

Communication & Presence: Fluent English communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor to successfully guide clients and de-escalate customer concerns.
