Customer Service Bilingual (English/French)

Permanent Position – Onsite Monday – Friday

Located in Milton, ON

Hourly pay ranges from $35.00 to $40.00 per hour

Our customer located in Milton, Ontario, is looking for Bilingual (English/French) Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both verbal and written forms, to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
  • Be a product and solutions expert! They will equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the company's best solutions.
  • Help customers navigate the company's website and online ordering.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a team.
  • A team player who collaborates well with others.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, they provide excellent training!
