Job description
Join PIPSC as the Team Lead for Education Design and Facilitation, where your expertise will guide the creation of cutting-edge educational programs in a hybrid work setting. Drive member engagement with effective learning strategies. In this full-time role at PIPSC’s Ottawa office, you will lead a dedicated team focused on developing quality educational services. Your leadership will ensure alignment with educational principles and the unique needs of PIPSC members. You’ll play a crucial role in implementing high standards across all training initiatives and facilitate collaboration with internal and external partners. Key Responsibilities: • Provide functional supervision and guidance to the education team • Design and coordinate educational workshops and webinars • Ensure consistency and quality across all learning materials • Analyze feedback and data to enhance program outcomes • Oversee the development of e-learning tools and platforms Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in education • Proficiency in both official languages • Strong technical leadership and coaching abilities • Commitment to equity and inclusion in education Lead innovative educational design at PIPSC and make a lasting impact on member services. #J-18808-Ljbffr
