Salary: $63 500 - $75 000

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who repair and maintain dishwasher
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
  • Train or arrange for training of workers
  • Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are observed
  • Prepare production reports.
  • Perform necessary diagnostics/assessments related to parts/service/equipment/machines.
  • Address complaints or issues raised in the service cycle to determine the nature and cause of these problems, seek appropriate assistance, and take the necessary steps to resolve the problem so that it does not recur.
  • Inspect products to determine the requirement for repair.
  • Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning.
  • Schedule service calls for machines / equipment in conjunction with company policies.
  • Schedule and inspect equipment / machines for dispatch and pick up to make sure it is in good condition when received.



Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience with Dishwasher machines;
  • Aptitude for mechanics, electromechanics and electricity;
  • Good communication skills and telephone customer service skills;
  • Good sense of organization, both in the working method and in the management of one's time;
  • Respectful and customer-oriented;
  • General knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office suite);



Note:

Salary range between $63 500 and $75 000

37.75 hours a week
