Job description
Become an integral part of submarine lifecycle management as a Senior Engineering Supervisor. Manage complex projects and provide expert technical leadership while engaging with international clients. This role entails supporting the International Submarine Program Manager by delivering on technical goals and ensuring program success. Your engineering background will be crucial in navigating the submarine lifecycle and meeting the project's objectives. Regular international deployments will enhance team dynamics and project results. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the development of project schedules • Assess technical risks throughout program delivery • Review and present client-facing documents • Lead multidisciplinary teams for project excellence • Ensure engineering compliance with quality procedures Requirements: • Degree in Marine Engineering or similar • Minimum of 15 years in marine engineering settings • At least 5 years in submarine engineering contexts • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications • Holds eligibility for Canadian security clearance Lead submarine programs by managing projects, performing risk assessments, and ensuring high-quality work in a global context. #J-18808-Ljbffr
