Your place in our story

The Design Centre Receptionist is responsible for all receptionist and administrative duties to support the Design Centre team and provide an exceptional customer experience to all Minto purchasers.

Heres how youll contribute

• Responsible for providing exceptional customer experience for all visitors and callers to the Minto Design Centre;
• Greets homeowners and potential purchasers in the Design Centre;
• Answers telephone and email inquiries;
• Assist in organizing and maintaining a welcoming showroom environment;
• Provide support in scheduling purchaser appointments with Design Consultants to achieve completion of selections prior to construction of homes as needed;
• Maintains and updates schedules for Design Consultants in Microsoft Outlook and Newstar including tracking and re-scheduling home owners;
• Process payments for upgrades from home owners (debit cheque credit card);
  Maintains front office coffee bar and orders supplies when needed including serving coffee and tea to customers;
• Aides in setup of Design Centre appointments as needed;
• Supports sales team in coordinating appointments for browsing;
• Represent the Minto brand by upholding the companys mission values and code of conduct;
• Other duties within the scope spirit and purpose of the job as requested by management.

• Previous work experience is an asset.

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on positive client experiences

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Bilingualism is an asset

Hiring pay range rate:$22 per hour
