We are expanding our government and institutional contracting division and are seeking an experienced Federal Capture Director to lead strategic growth initiatives within the federal procurement space.
This is a senior leadership role focused on identifying, pursuing, and securing federal contract opportunities across Canada. The successful candidate will lead capture planning, support proposal development, and help strengthen long‑term relationships within the federal procurement ecosystem.
The role is ideal for someone with strong federal procurement knowledge, strategic business development experience, and a proven ability to navigate complex public‑sector opportunities.
