Requirements:
The priority will be given to applicants who have a PhD in Psychology, or related Discipline with a thesis in User Experience (UX). Applicants must have three to five years industry experience demonstrating mastery of current practice and theory in all aspects of UX design and evaluation. Expert knowledge of human computer interaction theories as well as UX frameworks and UX design, evaluation, and management practices. Applicants must have significant experience managing and mentoring multi-disciplinary UX projects involving individuals with diverse backgrounds (technology, psychology, creative arts, management).
