We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Organizational Development Advisor with a project management mindset to support our growing Organizational Development (OD) portfolio. The successful candidate will provide coordination, research, administrative and project support across a wide range of OD programs and initiatives, including talent management, leadership & capability development, employee engagement, and strategic HR projects. This includes contributing to the seamless execution of programs and ensure alignment with the organization’s Strategic Plan and People & Procurement mandate. What you can expect in this role Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Development & Strategic HR Initiatives, you will: Project & Program Coordination - Coordinate planning, scheduling, and logistics for OD initiatives such as workshops, engagement sessions, learning programs, and leadership development events. - Support project documentation including project plans, status updates, tracking deliverables, and monitoring progress against timelines. - Prepare program materials, presentations, reports, and communications for Executives, leaders, and staff. - Conduct research, benchmarking, and data collection to support strategic HR project design and decision-making. Operational & Administrative Coordination - Assist in the administration, tracking, and evaluation of learning and capability development programs. - Collect and analyze employee engagement and program data to inform recommendations and insights. - Support process improvements and contribute to enhancing OD workflows and program operations. - Support cyclical talent and leadership programs. Stakeholder & Relationship Support - Build and maintain positive working relationships with leaders, staff, and external partners to support effective program delivery. - Serve as a key point of contact for program inquiries, managing information flow across teams and divisions and ensuring timely responses. What you need to qualify - Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, related discipline or equivalent experience is required. - Completion of CHRP designation or in progress is considered an asset. - Minimum five years progressive combined experience in Organizational Development or related field. - Strong Organizational & Coordination Skills: Able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex logistics, and meet deadlines with accuracy. - Communication & Relationship Skills: Skilled communicator with strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to working with stakeholders at all levels. - Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong capability in collections, summarizing and analyzing data; able to identify trends and support insightful recommendations. - Curiosity & Growth Mindset: Demonstrated willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement. - Attention to Detail & Quality: Ensures high accuracy in documentation, reporting, and program materials. - Technology Proficiency: Experience with design, collaboration, and project management tools; able to quickly learn new platforms related to learning and reporting. - Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. This role requires in-office presence five (5) days per week. There is no hybrid option.
