You will:
· Partner with HR & Workplace Safety leaders across North America
· Understand your customer's needs, helping leaders to identify opportunities to expand our depth of engagement
· Oversee the success of our customers, ensuring they realize the full value of our service(s)
· Use data to accelerate customer goals
· Document customer pain points, advocate for them internally to influence product changes
· Act as a first response technical support
· Provide group and individual user informational and training sessions
· Present KPIs monthly to Customer Success Manager
· Lead the renewal process & Process Renewals
· Become an expert on all product platforms and integrations
You have:
· Experience as a customer success representative or account manager at a SaaS company considered an asset
· Presenting to senior leaders considered an asset but not required
· Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
· Strong technical aptitude
· You live inside policy and processes and do not stray from them
· Fast learner
· Experience working with a CRM considered a strong asset but not required
You are:
· Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills — clear, thoughtful, and confident when interacting with clients.
· Highly self-motivated and disciplined — thrives in a remote or semi-autonomous environment with limited supervision.
· Strong attention to detail and follow-through — manages multiple accounts efficiently without dropping the ball.
· Proactive problem solver who anticipates client needs rather than waiting for direction.
· Comfortable managing time independently and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

For our Customer Success Representative, starting base salary is $50,000. Additionally, you will also be eligible for an annual bonus based on your annual KPI completion.
