Requirements:
Should have an MBA or Master's degree (PhD preferred) in the area of financial accounting. Must demonstrate recent professional experience in accounting (including evidence of recently undertaken professional development in the area of IFRS) and have extenvise knowledge of financial reporting; including not-for-profit accounting, leases, pensions and future taxes. Knowledge of both International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Accounting standards for private enterprises (ASPE) is required. Must also have teaching experience, preferably in this area. Must have a professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CGA).
