Heidelberg Materials has a current job opening in Ottawa Ontario for a Bilingual Senior Sales Representative in our Materials business (Ready Mix Concrete and Aggregates). The sales territory includes the Ottawa area and Western Quebec.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a customer portfolio across the Ottawa, ON and Western QC territory
  • Drive sales performance through proactive relationship‑building and solution‑based selling
  • Identify new business opportunities within the ready mix and aggregates markets
  • Collaborate with operations and internal partners to meet customer expectations
  • Monitor market conditions and competitive activity to inform sales strategies

  • Fully bilingual proficiency (spoken and written) in English and French
  • Strong commercial capability with a results‑focused, customer‑centric approach
  • Ability to build trust‑based relationships across diverse customer groups
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
  • Commitment to safety, collaboration, and ethical business practices

Work Environment

  • Role is based in Ottawa, ON
  • Regular travel throughout the Ottawa, ON area and Western Québec
  • Combination of office work, customer visits, and field presence

  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients dans la région d’Ottawa (ON) et de l’Ouest du Québec
  • Stimuler la performance des ventes grâce à une approche proactive axée sur les relations et les solutions
  • Identifier de nouvelles occasions d’affaires dans les marchés du béton prêt à l’emploi et des granulats
  • Collaborer avec les opérations et les partenaires internes afin de répondre aux attentes de la clientèle
  • Surveiller les conditions du marché et les activités de la concurrence afin d’orienter les stratégies de vente

  • Bilinguisme complet requis, à l’oral et à l’écrit (français et anglais)
