ITD is an industry leading manufacturer of transport trailers (vans and chassis) and specialty vehicles (expandable trailers).

The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting all various HR-related activities, including but not limited to; timely payroll entry, attendance scanning activation / deactivation, offer letter creation, coordinating and conducting exit interviews, administer and tracking new hire training as well as ongoing training, creation of complete employee files, coordinate offboarding with IT, HR new hire orientation, and adherence to all Provincial Employment legislations.

Job ResponsibilitiesCreate Job Postings as required and post on various platformsSource applicants, hire, and set up new employee orientationCreate employment offer letters and transfer lettersAdminister and track all HR-related trainingFront line contact for team member questionsActivating and deactivating employees from our attendance program.

Ensures company adheres to Provincial Employment Standards, Workers Compensation regulations, Payroll Legislation, Human Rights, and any other employment legislationAssist with WSIB and Health and Safety paperworkOther tasks and responsibilities as requiredRequirementsMinimum three years prior experience working in HRProven facilitation, verbal and written communication skills along with superior interpersonal and organizational skills required to deliver training and coaching to teams and individuals at all levels within the organizationExcellent computer skillsThorough understanding of privacy legislation and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality / working knowledge of all other basic employment-related legislation requiredAble to effectively communicate in a positive and professional manner (written and verbal)High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
