Job description
What it's like to be a Northbridge Employee Events & Initiatives Consultant

Reporting in to our Downtown Toronto office, the Employee Events & Initiatives Consultant will be responsible for managing in-person and virtual employee social events (national and local), corporate events, and corporate social responsibility events. The successful candidate will be supporting the Corporate Social Responsibility portfolio which will include managing projects, employee volunteering, donation matching, and tax reporting.

We are looking for an expert in planning, managing, and executing key initiatives that will engage employees not only in our Toronto office but across all offices in the country!

If you are great at:
  • Planning, managing, and running national employee events, corporate events, and corporate social responsibility events
  • Sourcing prizes for employee events and campaigns
  • Supporting corporate social responsibility portfolios
  • Managing event budgets
  • Working in collaboration with Social Committee members across the country to ensure national consistency across all offices
  • Acting as a main point of contact for team sponsorship opportunities

If you have:
  • 7+ years of experience in event planning, with a focus on employee events
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience developing and executing employee events in both a virtual and in-person environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
