Spectrum Health Care is seeking an AI Developer to join our growing Data and AI Team and help shape the next generation of healthcare intelligence. This is a full‑stack AI role where you will work end‑to‑end transforming complex healthcare data into intelligent, production‑ready AI systems used in clinical and operational settings.
We’re looking for more than technical skill. You’ll bring a strong healthcare business mindset, comfort navigating complex database environments, and deep expertise in retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) to ensure our AI systems deliver grounded, accurate, and trustworthy insights.
