Job description
Take charge as a General Manager, guiding strategy and operations in a full-time, permanent position that requires onsite work. Utilize your experience to drive organizational success and resource management. This influential role requires at least 5 years of experience where you will allocate resources and establish departmental objectives. You will not only represent the organization in negotiations but also supervise and select senior staff. Your focus will be on creating an efficient workplace and conducting essential performance reviews. Key Responsibilities: • Implement policies through effective resource allocation • Organize major departments and senior staff • Negotiate on behalf of the organization • Delegate authority to middle management • Perform regular performance assessments Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in management • Required to work at the physical location • Permanent resident or authorized work permit holder in Canada • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Proven ability to develop and approve policies Lead the organization with your strategic mindset and robust managerial skills to elevate operational outcomes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
